X-Calibur is supplying it's X-Shield DeckCoat CP car park deck coating and waterproofing system for the 50,000m2 employee car park at the world's first theme park dedicated to Ferrari and the F1 experience. The products are being supplied to Wadirum Decor who are applying the products to an extremely tight construction programme that requires them to complete the work in twenty five days.

The new headquarters building of the Commercial Bank of Mauritius is set to be come one of the most iconic buildings on the Island of Mauritius. Designed by the Architect Jean-Francois Koeing and engineered by Arup it is located in the Ebene business district just outside the capital Port Louis. The building is the first BREEAM (www.breeam.org) designed building on the island and as such will be the first certified 'Grren Building' in Mauritius. The building envelope will be waterproofed using X-Shield ProFlex Two a fast cure roller applied polyurea. Insulation of the pre-cast structure will be provided by the the use of X-Pruf Insulation Board.

X-Calibur supplied all the mechanical expansion joints for this project. X-Shield FS450 a high performance polyurea was chosen as the best material to waterproof the roof of the elegant hotel structure/ X-Tite PA a structural epoxy adhesive was used to bond large GRP panels that provided decorative panels to partially submerged concrete walls.

X-Pruf CrystalCoat is being used to waterproof water retaining structures on the Phase II expansion of Dubai International Airport
