Application Guidelines

The steps shown below are indicative and can be modified to suit particular site conditions and working methods.
Please refer to the Method Statement before commencing work.It is extremely important that experienced floor finishers carry out the work.

Step 1 Step 5

As soon as Step 4 has started follow with the second application
Place, compact & level concrete. Protect from wind, sun and rapid drying. of X-Tech IntegraFloor. Apply at a right angle to the first application.
Step 2 Step 6

Optional

After bleed water has evaporated, immediately reinforce edges by spreading Immediately after step 5 has started follow with power trowel fitted
hardener by hand along a 150 to 200mm edge and finish using wooden trowel. with a pan blade.
Step 3 Step 7

Immediately the concrete can take a mason's weight (slight foot imprint <3mm). As soon the concrete has hardened sufficiently not to be damaged power float
Use a dry shake spreader and spread approx 50% of X-Tech IntegraFloor. the surface with steel blades until smooth and slightly shiny.

Step 4 Step 8

Immediately after application of X-Tech IntegraFloor power trowel the surface As finishing is completed follow the power trowel and apply X-Cure WB90
using a pan blade in the direction shown. or X-Tech EpoxySeal MT applied by roller or spray.
