This is part of a complex highway motorway interchange situated near Sheung Shui in the north of Hong Kong. X-Tite SBA which was approved by AECOM on behalf of the Hong Kong Civil Engineering Development Department (CEDD) after a very vigorous evaluation. The product is being supplied to Freyssinet Hong Kong on of the world's leading prestressed concrete specialists who are installing post tensioned precast concrete segment on the balanced cantilever bridge section of the project.

Ferrari World Abu Dhabi

X-Calibur is supplying it's X-Shield DeckCoat CP car park deck coating and waterproofing system for the 50,000m2 employee car park at the world's first theme park dedicated to Ferrari and the F1 experience. The products are being supplied to Wadirum Decor who are applying the products to an extremely tight construction programme that requires them to complete the work in twenty five days.

Commercial Bank of Mauritius

The new headquarters building of the Commercial Bank of Mauritius is set to be come one of the most iconic buildings on the Island of Mauritius. Designed by the Architect Jean-Francois Koeing and engineered by Arup it is located in the Ebene business district just outside the capital Port Louis. The building is the first BREEAM (www.breeam.org) designed building on the island and as such will be the first certified 'Grren Building' in Mauritius. The building envelope will be waterproofed using X-Shield ProFlex Two a fast cure roller applied polyurea. Insulation of the pre-cast structure will be provided by the the use of X-Pruf Insulation Board.

Stonecutters Bridge Hong Kong

Stonecutters Bridge is the second longest cable stayed bridge in the world. Designed by ARUP, It is a 1,596 metre long, dual 3-lane high level cable stayed bridge, with a clear span of 1,018 metres. It is a major part of the section of Route 8 between Tsing Yi and Cheung Sha Wan. The bridge straddles the Rambler Channel at the entrance to the busy Kwai Chung Container port.
Thoron X-Calibur Limited supplied a wide range of products to this project including X-Shield FlexCoat to provide protection against chloride ingress and X-Shield EpoxySeal CR for the protection of pre-stressing anchorages.

X-Calibur has supplied over 50 tons of X-Tite ETA4 high performance epoxy tile adhesive to the Marina Bay Sands Resort in Singapore. The product was used to bond high quality aluminum marble composite in all the hotel bath rooms. X-Calibur also supplied its high performance silicone sealant X-Seal CladSeal HPS for use in the bath rooms, the color was specially produced to made the stone. The product was manufactured at our Sharjah manufacturing facility.

Marina Bay Sands Resort Singapore

X-Calibur has supplied X-Pruf PolyLiner RC, a high performance PVC waterproofing membrane manufactured from recycled PVC, for waterproofing of the roof of the Masdar Institute of Technology. The Institute is the first building to be completed and become operation in the World's first carbon neutral zero waste city. X-Calibur has also supplied the project range of environmentally friendly products.

X-Calibur supplied all the mechanical expansion joints for this project. X-Shield FS450 a high performance polyurea was chosen as the best material to waterproof the roof of the elegant hotel structure/ X-Tite PA a structural epoxy adhesive was used to bond large GRP panels that provided decorative panels to partially submerged concrete walls.

X-Pruf CrystalCoat is being used to waterproof water retaining structures on the Phase II expansion of Dubai International Airport

X-Calibur supplied over 120,000m2 of coatings to this project including all the coatings for the iconic Dubai Fountain which is the centrepiece of this project. The Cascades water features on the Tower were waterproofed using X-Shield FS450 a high performance polyurea. All stone and decorative concrete around the Boulevard was protected using X-Shield StoneSeal. many other products were used on this project including X-Tite EpoxyGrout 150, X-Tite ResiLoc EX22, X-Seal FlamJoint A14 and X-Roc mortars
