X-Connect T2 Couplers are designed to spice reinforcing bars They are available in three types:
• Standard for splicing bars of the same diameter when one of the bars can be rotated and the bar can be freely moved axially
• Transition for splicing bars of different diameters when one of the bars can be rotated and the bar can be freely moved axially
• Position for splicing bars of the same diameter when neither of the bars can be rotated and the ongoing bar can be freely moved axially
Uses: Congested reinforcement. Earthquake zones. Slender columns and walls. Marine structures. Slip form construction.
